Counselling for Life's Journeys
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. Sometimes, life just feels heavy, stuck, or confusing, and you might not even know why.
My role is to offer a safe place to land. Whether you are navigating a known transition or an unnamed sense of being lost, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
Support during life’s journey can help you find your footing amidst ongoing changes, uncertainty, and feelings of being stuck in old patterns. It is an opportunity to process the shift in your landscape with someone who can support you.
My counselling sessions offer a steady, non-judgemental space to explore what you truly need next. Here, you have the freedom to speak your truth and begin defining the way forward on your own terms.

Common Questions
Is my situation ‘big enough’ for counselling?
Absolutely. There is no threshold for seeking support. If something is bothering you, impacting your well-being, or simply making life feel heavier than usual, it is significant enough. Counselling is about providing you with the space you deserve to process whatever is on your mind.
Do I have to talk about everything at once?
Not at all. We work entirely at your pace. You only share what you feel comfortable sharing, when you feel ready to share it. Our sessions are a safe, guided environment where you lead the way in terms of depth and timing of our conversations.
What if I’m not sure how to describe what’s wrong?
That is very common and perfectly okay. Often, people seek counselling because things feel 'off' or overwhelming without a clear label. Part of our work together is to sit with those feelings and gradually find the words and understanding that resonate with your experience.
